Privacy Policy

Data we keep

All data you provide us with we store, in order to provide the houseplay service, other than the following exceptions:

  • Credit card details - these are never permanently stored on our servers. We merely communicate them directly to the bank as soon as you provide them to us for a payment.
  • Passwords - we only store password hashes, which is the industry standard.

What we do with the data we store

We do not make it available to anyone other than those who are explicitly granted it within the organisations you belong to. It is not sold to anyone, ever.

Spamming and the like

We hate spam. Occasionally we’ll email you with alerts about updates or bugs, but never will it rise to the level of spam.
