Annual school plans

Basic, Medium and Unlimited are based on student capacity. Annual prices are $245, $395 and $495 respectively, plus GST. Payment can be made by card or bank transfer.

Try before subscribing

A 14-day trial needs no credit card. If the first carnival is later, the school can send us its date and we'll extend access through that event for free.

Privacy and data handling

The production application and database are hosted in Sydney, Australia. Encrypted off-site backups are also in Sydney. Some supporting providers process limited data overseas; the Privacy Policy names them and describes their purposes.

Schools retain ownership of the content and data they enter. Student and event data can be exported from the application. Review the contractual detail in the SaaS Agreement.

What staff need on carnival day

Administrators manage the school setup and can invite staff with appropriate roles. Marshals enter results. Staff can use phones, tablets or laptops, and printed result forms provide a paper-first path where connectivity is unreliable.

Purchasing path

  1. 1. Trial: PE staff can set up and test Houseplay with no credit card needed.
  2. 2. First carnival: Send the date if access needs extending; use it on the day for free.
  3. 3. Decision: Choose the annual package for your student count. Access does not renew by an automatic card charge.
