Can I adjust students once I have imported them all?
Yes you can. Head over to our Students support area for more information and how-to.
The new year has just started, how can I adjust the grades of students without having to do it one-by-one?
Oh boy, who has time for that? We know you are busy, so we have created a Bulk Student Grade Change functionality where you can adjust them all in one go! Or, if you get a little stuck, you can check our the handy how-to guide we have built over here.
Carnival FAQs
How do I remove a student from an event on the day?
This may happen quite often. Perhaps a student is absent, sick, injured or unable to participate. To remove a student from an event:
Navigate to the actual event
Find the student in the list
Click the ellipsis on the right of their name
Select 'Delete'
You're done!

Can I print certificates from Houseplay?
That is a feature we are currently working on. But it is not possible at this stage. You can utilize the report functionality in Houseplay to set up a mail merge to your certificate template. If you are unsure how to do this, we may be able to help you! Take a look at our valet service packages.

Can I suggest a new feature?
Yes please! We love hearing what our customers need; please reach out to us via email.
Can we have a live demonstration?
That depends on where you are located. Obviously Australia is a big ol' place so we can't get to all schools. But if is possible we would love to meet you and show you how the software works. If we cannot reach you in person, we are happy to arrange a video-conferencing meeting to show you how it all works.
Pricing and Account FAQs
Can I try before I buy?
Absolutely, take advantage of our free 14-day trial. We don't even have to enter your credit card details. Head over to our pricing and subscription page for more information.
Will you automatically deduct the subscription fee each year?
No. We will not take money from you without your permission. Each year we will contact you asking you if you would like to renew your subscription. If we do not hear from you, your subscription will expire and you will not be able to use your account. But we can reinstate it again if you like.
Can I upgrade my subscription?
Of course. Just contact us and let us know which package you would like to upgrade to.
Will you give me a tax invoice?
Yes we will. It'll have all your organisation details on it.
